An after-school course that helps students put words to homesickness, loneliness, and stress that build up in an unfamiliar school and language. Start with one semester and extend to a full year.

One 60-minute session

Extending to a year: add five or six workbooks in the second semester, with family sessions and staff training.
- Journals belong to the students. Sessions share feeling words and reflections, not entries.
- Students may write in a home language or draw. The aim is noticing feelings; writing is never graded.
- Family letters in other languages and the staffing model are arranged with each school.
