The membership is $7.99 for 31 days or $59 for 365 days and opens every English lesson. It never renews automatically; buy again whenever you want more time.

Membership: a full refund within 7 days if you have not used paid content; after that, we refund the unused days minus 10% of the price. PDF workbooks: a full refund within 7 days if you have not downloaded the file. Send a help request below with your order number and we respond within 3 business days. Please sign in with the same Google account you used at checkout. If it still does not open, send a help request with the order number from your receipt email.

Sign-in uses Google. In-app browsers (Instagram, Facebook) and blocked cookies can break sign-in, so try Safari or Chrome. If it still fails, tell us where it stopped.

Rapi is the character on the home page you can chat with about anything (replies are written automatically). Sign in to chat up to 20 times a day (200 with the membership). When feelings come up, Rapi may suggest a free lesson. We don't store the chats.

Yes. In My learning → Account you can download your records as a file or delete your account and all records. Purchase records are kept for 5 years as Korean e-commerce law requires, separated from your account.
